Splatoon 3’s Side Order DLC was Off the Hook’s show. Plenty of Pearl and Marina moments filled the rogue-like climbs through the Spire of Order, but those weren’t the only Splatoon 2 throwbacks.
Just like the first wave of content focused on Inkopolis, fans are able to return to Inkopolis Square in all its vibrant glory once they meet certain requirements in Side Order. There they’ll find familiar shopkeepers, but with a Splatfest on the way there’ll be some sounds to go with those sights.
Off the Hook has shared a new version of “Color Pulse,” a track that will get synapses firing for anyone that was on the scene for Splat2’s Splatfests. One of those is on the way, so it’s great to see (and hear) these two have still got it.
Hell, they’ve got more than that — they’ve got something new!
The aptly titled “We’re So Back” brings on hallmarks of the idols’ style. You’ll be able to catch it in-game for the first time this weekend during the “Drums vs. Guitar vs. Keyboard” Splatfest, kicking off on Friday, March 22nd.
