Splatoon 3 has been on a roll so far when it comes to amiibo releases, and if the implications of a recent datamine come to fruition, there are at least two more on the way! Prominent Splatoon 3 dataminer ashbinary_ has been digging through a lot of data from an older Splatoon 3 update (version 4.1.0 from this summer, to be exact), and seems to have found reference to new amiibo gear in the code.
2 of the gear sets mentioned above are Amiibo sets, implying the existence of atleast 2 more Amiibos in development.

Could there be more amiibo on the way in conjunction with the upcoming Side Order DLC? Could they be amiibo for existing characters like Harmony? It’s possible that there are new, unannounced characters from Side Order that we’ll be getting amiibo figures of as well. As is the case with all leaks, rumors, and datamines, we won’t know for sure until Nintendo announces something concrete.
