Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is set to hit theaters on December 20th, 2024. If you’re still catching up on the second film, consider this your spoiler alert: Shadow made a brief appearance during a mid-credits scene where he’s seen waking up in some sort of medical chamber.
While many of us had assumed, it’s now officially confirmed that Shadow will play some role in the upcoming installment — thanks to a newly released image on the official Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account, featuring a glimpse of Shadow’s lower half next to a clapboard.
