Just a few short weeks ago Kevin Afghani took over from Charles Martinet as the voice of Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Now, we have confirmation that he’s also voicing the former’s doppelganger Wario as of WarioWare: Move It!

As Eurogamer reports, Kevin’s name shows up in the credits. While he’s not specifically credited as Wario, he’s listed as the “Principal Performer”. We also find out his favorite food is sushi, in typical zany WarioWare fashion.

There are still a few key Charles Martinet roles unaccounted for – Waluigi, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi – so we’ll just have to wait and see if these are similarly filled by Kevin in the future!

As for when you can listen to the new Wario yourself, you can play WarioWare: Move It! starting this Friday, November 3rd!

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
