Long has Princess Peach been consigned to either damsel in distress or co-star, but no longer – Princess Peach returns to the top star role in Princess Peach: Showtime!, an action-platformer set in an overtaken theater.
While Peach is attending a stage play, the Sparkle Theater is overtaken by a malevolent witch named Grape and her Sour Bunch. Now Peach must work together with the theater’s guardian, Stella, to save the day. Peach uses Stella’s ribbon to purify enemies and environments, and jump into roles like Swordfighter, Detective, Patissier, and Kung Fu fighter on different stages. Can Peach dim Grape’s spotlight? Or will the shine of the stage prove too blinding?
Princess Peach: Showtime! makes its grand premier March 22nd, 2024.
