Licensed kart racers aren’t as common as they used to be but GameMill Entertainment and developer Bamtang Games have kept the flame over the past few years with their Nickelodeon tie-ins. Now, they’re taking the wheel for another studio – DreamWorks.

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing is the first racer in over a decade featuring the likes of Shrek, Puss in Boots, Hiccup, and more besides. Unfortunately we don’t have a trailer yet, but we do have a few screenshots!

Perhaps the most notable change compared to most karting games is the fact Trolls will act as the game’s items. That and the fact Boss Baby will be playable, not many can say they have that.

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing will drift onto Switch later this year.
