Many assumed Stardew Valley got what would be its last major update in 2021 with a sizeable content drop, but developer ConcernedApe has confirmed that Stardew Valley’s 1.6 update will be adding more than just a few tweaks.

In a recent tweet it was confirmed that the next patch, which was first discussed over a year ago, will add a new festival, dialogue, and more:
 


 
Don’t get too excited, though, as a previous tweet confirmed that there’d be much less new content than in the 1.5 update.

We’ve yet to get a release window for the patch but with more being shared here’s hoping it’s just around the corner!
