Last week, Pokémon HOME announced it would be updating to Ver. 3.0.0 (adding support for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet) on May 23rd/24th, only to go “Psyche whoops just kidding not yet!” and pull the plug. Well, now it’s happening super for real this time, with maintenance for the update scheduled to begin on Monday, May 29th, at 5 p.m. PT.
Maintenance to update Pokémon HOME to version 3.0.0 is scheduled to begin on Monday, 5/29 at 5pm PT. Pokémon HOME will not be available during this maintenance.

The company gives a window of over 24 hours that the update may take to complete (until Tuesday, May 30th, at 11 p.m. PT). Hopefully this one is also not a takebacksies situation. Fool me once and all that. We’ll believe it when we see it.
