Capcom’s massive franchise isn’t slowing down anytime soon, that’s for sure. Just today the company announced that Monster Hunter Rise has sold more than 12 million units worldwide — a truly colossal feat for the beloved series. Just like with previous accomplishments, Capcom celebrated by sharing a sweet illustration commemorating the milestone:
Monster Hunter Rise has now sold more than 12 million units worldwide, and we couldn't have done it without you – our amazing Hunters!
Thank you all so much for your incredible support and passion, we know Kamura is in safe hands with you! #MHRise pic.twitter.com/BSpFqkajFZ

This news doesn’t exactly come as a surprise. Just a few weeks ago, Capcom also shared with its followers that the Sunbreak expansion surpassed five million units sold worldwide, and summertime data revealed that the core game hit 11 million sales.
With the free Title Update 4 releasing next week on February 7th and another free update slated for later this year, there’s really no stopping Monster Hunter. You can expect more milestones to be reached along the way!
