Fire Emblem Engage is still over a month away from release, but we already have a glimpse at the game’s downloadable content. Whether you find the announcement of such content before release palatable or not depends on the person, but we have details on the first wave of the Expansion Pass DLC available on release day – which includes summonable Emblem heroes from the first and the most recent Fire Emblem games.

Specifically, Wave 1 contains two Emblems – one containing Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and the other containing Tiki from Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon/Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. Wave 1 also contains in-game support items, accessories, and a Silver Card. There will be four waves in total, meaning we’ll likely see other FE lords not in the base game – Hector, Alm, Ephraim, Chrom/Robin, so on.

As mentioned, Wave 1 coincides with the game’s release, on January 20th. We’ll update with pricing as soon as we know it.
