The Xenoblade Chronicles series had a big year, with the release and success of the third title in the series – but that’s not the only event occurring. As it’s been five years since the release of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, a game loved for its characters and story as much as it’s divisive for its bawdiness and designs. To celebrate, Monolith Soft has released a special 5th anniversary wallpaper of the game’s cast tossing Pyra and Mythra in the air:

 

 

Between the art and their appearance in Smash, you’d almost think they were the protagonist(s) of the game, huh?
