The Nintendo Magazine for 2022 Winter is here for just that reason, highlighting recent releases for the Japanese playerbase – though we’re lucky enough to have an official English translation.

The issue focuses mostly on Splatoon 3 and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The anarchic trio Deep Cut gets a fun little three page interview before a look at some of the latest locker decorations, while there’s a cool spread detailing all the different types of Poké Balls, followed by a briefing on Paldea and its Pokémon.
