If you live in certain parts of the world – notably, at the moment, Europe and the UK – it’s been unbearably hot for several days as record temperatures hit. But while things blaze, we at least have a fictional dog to remind us to not push ourselves too hard when things turn scorching, as Isabelle von Animal Crossing (who is definitely real and my friend) took to Twitter to remind us all to drink water and cool off in the record heat.

The accompanying art of Tom Nook and his nephews Timmy and Tommy is adorable and shows them beating the heat in a particularly tropical way. Obviously not a feature that many can afford, but hopefully wherever you are you’re finding a way to keep cool. And drink that water! You better have some! Even if it’s not a bajillion degrees outside! It’s important.
