Super Rare Games is running ever closer towards their 75th physical release. For their 72nd release, they’ve partnered up with publisher Headup Games and the one-man development team Aerial_Knight to bring Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield into the physical world.
The 3D side scroller/classic endless runner, which has a free demo available on the Nintendo eShop, will only be available in limited quantities. This particular physical edition will be set at 4,000 copies.

STORY
Take the role of Wally. A mysterious character that has recovered what was taken from him. Hopefully, you’re fast enough to outrun your enemies. Expose the truth and try to uncover the mystery of what happened to them. With an average runtime of an action movie (about an hour and a half on Normal), a first run of this action-packed adventure can be enjoyed in an afternoon. Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield is a 3D side-scroller that plays much like a classic endless runner. The game has an interesting story that keeps players always in motion. Run, Jump, Slide or “Dash” for acrobatic variants leading to dope combinations and avoid the challenges that await. This project began as just a passion project I started on my own to create something familiar but new for this generation of gamers while highlighting aspects of a culture that is often overlooked. Just like Super Rare Games’ previous physical releases, Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield’s release will include the following: the current version of the game on a physical Nintendo Switch cart (including “Da Update”), a full-color manual, the case with a reversible cover, an exclusive sticker, and a 3-pack of trading cards all for $34.31. Orders will be limited to two per person and for those who want to try and collect the full 5-card set plus the 1 shiny variant, additional 3-packs of trading cards will also be for sale for $2.96 each (limit 5 per person).
Sales open on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 at 10 a.m. PT | 1 p.m. ET at Super Rare Games and orders will be shipped out shortly. Once all 4,000 copies are sold, that’s it! You’ll have to pick up Aerial_Knight’s Never Yield from the Nintendo eShop or track down a physical copy on the second-hand market.
