Super Mario Odyssey was designed to be a one player game (with a buddy pinching in as Cappy if really wanted or needed), but its wide open zones certainly seem like they would be a lot of fun if you had some pals to platform around with. That must be what modder CraftyBoss had in mind, because they’ve modded the game to allow up to ten players online at once. Wow! That’s a lot of Marios.

Mod features list synchronized captures between players, 2D costume syncing, a shared Moon Collection, and custom configuration. It’s not a fully complete mod yet, but it appears eminently playable at the moment. Obviously you’ll have to figure out how to get the mod playable, but after that you can dive right into jumping around with friends. Happy odysseying!
