Malzeno may be its flagship, but Capcom seems to be putting a lot of effort into getting players excited for Lunagaron in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. I don’t blame them either, as the werewolf-inspired offshoot of popular Monster Hunter World addition Odogaron looks to be a fast and transforming foe. Rearing up on hind legs when suitably tilted, it’s a fitting signal that the fight’s just beginning.
We've got some new gameplay from the Capcom RnD team as they take on #Sunbreak's Lunagaron!
Keep watch for useful hunting tips and tricks for the Charge Blade and Heavy Bowgun!
The team will be back soon with some Seregios combat, so stay tuned for that! pic.twitter.com/CQuhgOaQQm

While this new Sunbreak gameplay does show some of what it can do, it really seems more an opportunity for the Capcom RnD team to bully the newcomer. The Charge Blade and Heavy Gunblade both get in on the action, showing what wielders of those weapons have to look forward to.
Be on the lookout for a similar video focused on the high flying and scale shooting Seregios, and for Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak’s launch on June 30th.
