Star Wars: The Force Unleashed released *checks calendar* 14 years ago??? The hack and slash action game features an edgy and brooding main character, which was the style at the time, with lead character Starkiller secretly serving under Darth Vader, hunting down Jedi.

The Nintendo Switch port has just been released, and there’s a new launch trailer to celebrate. To be clear, this is a port of the Nintendo Wii version of The Force Unleashed. So while this version doesn’t feature the robust and once widely touted physics system of the 360 and PlayStation 3 versions, it does feature some wacky motion controls and, most fun of all, a 1v1 local multiplayer mode that lets players pick characters from all over the series.

So while it is a bit odd for them to port over the Wii version over the HD game, I personally think it’s a fun choice. I owned the Wii version back in the day and had tons of fun, and I’m a sucker for goofy motion control gimmicks.

The game is available now for $19.99.
