The newest Nintendo Switch Sports trailer, titled “Run This House,” has debuted, showcasing typical family-friendly sports action as kids compete amongst one another and with parents for honor and glory, demonstrating all of the game’s various sports alongside the tagline “It’s time to find out who runs this house.”
Now some may find this a cheeky, innocuous bit of slang, but I personally find it to be a bold statement to seize the means of authority via who can play virtual volleyball the best. For far too long children have had to endure the tyrannical rule of parents, and now they can finally overcome that by beating them in badminton. You can do it, kids! Show your parents who possesses the true power in a world of technology evolving at a pace too rapid for them to grasp! Viva la revolution!
Ahem. Nintendo Switch Sports releases on April 29th.
