We’ve all been there. We check out three items at the grocery store — bag of chips, deodorant, maybe a knife — and we say, “Golly gee. I hate having to pay this much money. I wish I only had to pay for two of these things.” And buddy, I wish I didn’t have to pay rent. But at least in those situations you have consumer choice. Like, do you really need that knife? I don’t know, do you also need a copy of Rune Factory 5 for the Nintendo Switch? This author says yes.
And that’s one of many, many games available at Amazon in a special 3 for the price of 2 promotion. While the promotion includes a variety of items from Easter children’s books to art supplies to that super cool kinetic sand the kids play with these days, for our purposes there are a lot of video games, including Switch games such as:
- Minecraft ($30)
- Rune Factory 5 ($60)
- Shin Megami Tensei V ($40)
- Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 ($60)
- Monster Hunter Rise ($33)
- Among Us: Crewmate Edition ($26)
- Rune Factory 4 Special ($26)
- The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles ($30)
- And more!
There are, of course, games for other platforms as well, like Elden Ring and Stranger of Paradise. No knives though. At least, not as far as I can see. The offer is for a nebulously limited time, so be sure to pick up games while you can. Or don’t. I can’t tell you how to live your life.
