JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has grown from a cult favorite manga to full on anime phenomenon over the last handful of years, and Bandai Namco knows it. Featured in today’s State of Play showcase, a stylish PlayStation 3-era fighter is getting another chance on current consoles. Behold, the greatest high that is JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R!

More than any other JoJo game, this is a treat for fans. Featuring characters from all eight of the manga’s current arcs, it captures creator Hirohiko Araki’s art style admirably while being full of references for the long-running series both memetic and obscure. If you’re a fan of this franchise and slept on ASB when it was localized, don’t make the same mistake twice.

Featuring over 50 characters and decades of meticulous tributes, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R is approaching Nintendo Switch and other platforms in Fall 2022.
