Mario Kart Tour has been the place for characters to make their driving debut. The likes of Kamek to Dixie Kong are just begging to be in the next mainline MK game, but mobile fans are able to take ’em for a spin now. Next on the list is a familiar face from the Super Nintendo days, the Koopa football player, Chargin’ Chuck!

He’ll be trading the gridiron for gridlock as part of the game’s latest Los Angeles Tour — just in time for the Super Bowl! He’s not the only new “driver” in the mix, as both Mario and Luigi are getting new playable versions that call back to NES Open Tournament Golf. Funnily enough, the last time we saw Chargin’ Chuck was in last year’s Mario Golf: Super Rush, making this sporty connection even deeper than it first appears.

The Los Angeles Tour will begin at 10 p.m. PT on February 8th. It’ll run for two weeks, letting you chase its rewards and try for these drivers until February 22nd.
