Yesterday we brought news of a new Japanese commercial for the Switch port of .hack//G.U. Last Recode which also teased a “Begins Edition” of the game. Now Bandai Namco America has confirmed that the bundle will head overseas, exclusively via Bandai Namco’s own online store.
The Begins Edition is exclusively available for pre-order through the BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America store.

The Begins Edition will include a Best of G.U. soundtrack that brings together various tunes plus a manga that collects three prequel stories. Anyone can nab a digital version of the first chapter by signing up to Bandai Namco’s mailing list.
