Chicory: A Colorful Tale originally premiered on PlayStation 4 and PC earlier this year, the brainchild of Director Greg Lobanov (creator of the excellent Wandersong) with music by Lena Raine of Celeste fame. Now the title is officially coming to Nintendo Switch — today! As revealed in today’s Indie World Direct via montage, the game is arriving within mere hours.
A top-down adventure game, Chicory is the most iconic dog-who-paints-the-environment-with-a-magic-brush game this side of Ōkami, filling in the blank world with streaks of colors to solve puzzles and reach new places. It includes local co-op, dress-up, and the cutest little artstyle, so if any of that interests you be sure to pick it up!
