Ready for some good fortune? The Pokémon Company has recently opened Japan’s very first Pokémon-themed park in Namie Town, Fukushima Prefecture this last weekend. Called “Chansey Park,” the setup is meant to bring those who play on the playground lots of luck, and very fittingly, nearly all of the equipment that adorns the site has an affinity for luck. You’ll find friendly, familiar faces like Happiny, Chansey, Igglybuff, and Lickitung adorning the park in both big and small ways.

A Happiny sandbox, a hollowed out Chansey egg seat that people can sit inside, an enormous Chansey multilevel play area, a Lickitung slide, and even a Pikachu bench are included in all of the fun. Have a look for yourself!

That’s right, Pikachu most definitely had to join in on the fun at Chansey Park! If you need a break from all the pink Pokémon, the Electric-type bench is the perfect place to rest.

This might be the first themed park to land in Japan, but it certainly won’t be the last. After all the other Pokémon attractions that have popped up — cafés, manhole covers, and ice sculptures to name a few — there’s bound to be more of these playgrounds in the future!
