Despite its importance on a global scale, the stock market has rarely gotten the video game treatment. This new indie title from Ternox Games, however, seeks to change that, and with style.

STONKS-9800: Stock Market Simulator emulates the aesthetics of classic Japanese computers, like those from NEC, combining a retro UI with some ’90s inspired anime pixel artwork. The result is something that is surprisingly visually striking despite all the graphs.

STONKS-9800: Stock Market Simulator will hit PC in Q1 2022 and will launch for Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox later in the year.
