Earlier today we covered the news that Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl would have special bonuses for players with save data from Pokémon Sword or Shield and Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Let’s Go, Eevee!
Well, turns out Legends: Arceus is getting in on the action, too.
If the game detects save data from Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield then you’ll be able to encounter and capture Shaymin’s Land Forme after reaching the credits.
A Kimono set based on Shaymin will be available much earlier from the clothier after you join the Galaxy Expedition Team about an hour into the game.
Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! meanwhile will offer up a mask based on their respective mascots.
You’ll be able to experience these bonuses when Pokémon Legends: Arceus launches exclusively for the Switch on January 28th, 2022.
