Licensed games are always at risk of being delisted, but this latest announcement from Bandai Namco is still quite the surprise, given the game in question only just launched for Switch in August of 2020.

Jump Force and its DLC will no longer be sold digitally from February 7th 2022. All of the game’s online features will also be taken down from August 24th. Single player content will remain.

Considering the arena fighter features multiple Shonen Jump series from Naruto to Dragon Quest Dai, it’s likely the various licenses played a part in the decision. If you’re interested in the game and wish to play it with all of the DLC, you’ll want to grab it all before February 7th, 2022. Here’s hoping a sale is offered up for those wanting to duke it out!
