Niantic is ready to lift the curtain on its Pikmin-themed app today. While its name, associated sites and social media accounts, logo, and more were discovered within the last 24 hours, you can add playable to that list now. Pikmin fans can enjoy Pikmin Bloom today, just in time for the series’ 20th anniversary.

Currently available in Australia and Singapore, the app will be rolled out globally “on the App Store and Google Play over the coming days” according to the official Pikmin Bloom Blog post. Still, Pikmin fans can peruse the official Pikmin Bloom site, watch the launch trailer, and access the Pikmin Bloom Support page.

While the app is more focused on tracking steps and growing Pikmin along the way, it will borrow a few things from Pokémon GO. Notably, Pikmin Bloom will have a monthly Community Day of its own “where you can stroll, plant and play together with other players.” More details will be shared on the official Pikmin Bloom Twitter and Instagram accounts according to Niantic.

For players that can get the game via Australia and Singapore’s App Store and/or Google Play, enjoy! For the rest of us, it’s time to find a good pair of walking shoes so we can cultivate our Pikmin armies with ease.
