At today’s Nintendo Direct, a new look at Mario Party Superstars was revealed that showcased a short glimpse of the three remaining boards that will join Peach’s Birthday Cake and Space Land alongside a brand new minigame mode for players to celebrate in outside of the main party.

 

 

While Woody Woods from Mario Party 3 had previously been hinted at by the game’s official box art, the board was formally unveiled alongside the return of Yoshi’s Tropical Island from Mario Party and Horror Land from Mario Party 2.

Meanwhile, the new Mt. Minigames menu location was revealed for the first time. In this new mode players will be able to experience the game’s vast lineup of minigames through a variety of different solo and cooperative options including Survival and Tag Match. Nintendo revealed that there will be seven courses available within this mode, however, details remained sparse.

Mario Party Superstars launches on Nintendo Switch in just a little over a month. The game will be releasing on Friday, October 29th, and pre-orders are currently available at the following retailers:
