If you’ve ever played Pokémon and thought “what if this leaned into the darker elements?” then Monster Crown will have you covered this October.
The game, which has been in early access on Steam since July 2020, is heavily inspired by the classic Game Boy Pokémon entries, though with a greater emphasis on the story and the new ability to fuse monsters into unique species. Online battling and trading is also supported.
Now it’s heading to Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and Steam on October 12th, complete with a physical copy via SOEDESCO.
