A double dose of Capcom gems are about to get the vinyl soundtrack treatment courtesy of Ship to Shore PhonoCo. Most recently these purveyors of pressings brought Mega Man Legends’ music back, and while it’s hard to top that series in terms of a third full entry being long overdue, I’d say these upcoming records are right there with it.

Announced as part of Comic Con at Home, the first Viewtiful Joe’s soundtrack will be on sale this week. You can Henshin-a-Go-Go and order the album (with some truly heroic new artwork inspired by the likes of Ultraman and Kamen Rider) starting tomorrow. There’s no knowing when we’ll see Joe next, but at least die hard fans can get their fix this way starting Tuesday, July 27th.

Later this year it’ll be Power Stone’s turn! The cult Dreamcast fighter stands apart from Capcom’s usual head to head punchin’ games thanks to being more of a free-for-all brawl. With some imaginative characters even by the company’s usual standards and a unique visual style, it’s definitely a game that’s been overdue for some love in a crossover beyond cameos. No date was given for Power Stone’s vinyl soundtrack, but you can expect it before 2021 is up.
