Taking on the latest Ninji Speedrun courses has become a monthly tradition for fans of Super Mario Maker 2, and unfortunately, it seems the little rambunctious jumpy bois will be taking a rest soon. Announced in the replies of the latest Ninji Speedrun tweet, today marks the beginning of the end for new speedrun courses.

In the meantime, we can still enjoy a couple more challenge courses, including the latest one titled “Cape Mario Master.” In this course, players will need to use Mario’s cape feather to glide, drift, and twirl to find 100 coins in a dense wood full of enemies.
The next Ninji Speedrun event is planned to launch on 4/14.
The volume of this 20th and final Ninji Speedrun will be bigger than usual and last for 2 weeks. Please be sure to keep an eye out!
