Previously, we reported that Trainers living in Japan who are able to visit local Pokémon Café and Pikachu Sweets locations could choose to decorate their refreshing hot lattes with any pocket monster from the Kanto and Johto regions along with special character designs found in the Pokémon Café Mix mobile title. Now for the first time ever in both establishment’s history, the lineup of decorative lattes is expanding to the shores of Ruby and Sapphire’s home. The Hoenn region will be washing its way into both shop’s lineup of designable drinks starting today, February 26th.
As can be seen in the taste of photos published by The Pokémon Company above, soon customers will be able to order from 141 extra latte art designs when buying the beverage. This brings the total count of designs up to a whopping 419 species. While the photos may just show the three starters along with Rayquaza and Jirachi, rest assured every third generation Pokémon you desire can be sprinkled above your special order. In addition to every Pokémon from the Hoenn region, all four forms of Castform and Deoxys will appear on different days throughout shop locations depending on local weather conditions!
