Pyra and Mythra coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has fostered many things. Fan art is on the rise, people are researching the two online, and fresh salt has no doubt been mined. Most of note to Nintendo, though, are the sales.

Checking Amazon Japan will show the game out of stock, with curious consumers likely picking up the game to learn more about its characters and world. Smash has that power, to shine a light on less widely known Nintendo properties.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 received plenty of critical acclaim and attention when it released, but now that it’s gotten the Ultimate bump the sky’s the limit. Just be thankful the eShop is an option.
