2021 is underway, with February nearly here. For anyone looking to make something sweet for your special someone on Valentine’s Day, Nintendo has introduced some new Super Mario goods that are perfect for any Mushroom Kingdom kitchen.
The best of these is clearly the Yoshi Pot Holder sets, which give you both an egg shaped holder and a Yoshi shaped oven mitt. These are available in green and light blue, and practically beg for intrepid bakers to make some Yoshi’s Cookies. They’ve also introduced Super Mario Bros. aprons for those classic vibes during the ongoing 35th Anniversary celebrations.
Many molds and serving dishes are also a part of this set. These include silicone trays for ice cubes in the shapes of blocks and pipes, as well as muffin/cupcake cups with the same motif – though trading out brick blocks for ?’s. The previously seen Super Mario chocolate bar mold is also a part of this set as well!
Rounding things out are a few odds and ends more on the “party” side of this Home & Party set. Special invitations and “envelopes” are here, shaped as (you guessed it) pipes and blocks. Anyone ready to share their delicious creations can also pick up bags to wrap and present them. These include a large one with a cute all-over Mario print, and smaller ones for Mario and Yoshi.
The Super Mario Home & Party goods series are available now in Japan, via both the My Nintendo online store and the Nintendo Tokyo store in Shibuya.
