As Shigeru Miyamoto guided us through today’s Super Nintendo World Direct, we were treated to the sights, sounds, and merchandise that awaits us at Universal Studios Japan. While we’ve seen some Super Nintendo World branded merchandise appear thanks to the Mario Café & Store that opened in October, today we got to meet Tokotoko Mario.

Made by the Nintendo development team, this no batteries required “walking toy” Mario is exclusive to the park – available at the 1-UP Factory toy store. Two different sets of Tokotoko Mario will be for sale. The first features Mario and a warp pipe accessory that features the Super Nintendo World logo and the second includes Mario, a Super Nintendo World flag that he can carry, and a removable red Koopa shell. No matter which version you buy, the Mario toy is the same.

Prices for the toys have yet to be shared, but we’ll find out when Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan opens on February 4th, 2021.
