The next entry in the long-running Ys series will be taking protagonist Adol Christin to the city of Balduq, where he’ll be promptly thrown in jail and sent on a darker journey than what’s come before.

Ys IX: Monstrum Nox will be launching in North America and Europe for the PlayStation 4 on February 2nd, 2021, while the Switch version will launch next Summer.
