Released back in May on all major platforms, Minecraft Dungeons also came with a promise of cross-platform play to be added via a patch at a later date. Thankfully, that day is finally here! Announced with a new trailer this morning, you and your dungeon-crawling compatriots can now play together across Nintendo Switch, PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4!
Cross-save and cross-progression are still not on the table, unfortunately, but here’s hoping we’re one step closer to them!
Minecraft Dungeons is available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for $19.99, and in a physical “Hero Edition” that includes the season pass and extra digital goodies on Amazon for $29.99.
