Jump Force Deluxe Edition has been available on Nintendo Switch for a couple of months now, though its announced DLC is coming at a slower pace for the handheld hybrid. A new trailer has arrived today giving a look at upcoming DLC characters Meruem (from Hunter X Hunter) and Hiei (from Yu Yu Hakusho) – fitting and likely deliberate as both series have the same creator.

As stated at the end, they will both arrive on Tuesday, October 27th, with Characters Pass 2 buyers getting early access on Friday, October 23rd. These dates only apply for the PS4, Xbox One, and Steam versions, though. The duo won’t arrive on Switch until some point in early 2021. They’ll be joined by a character each from Bleach and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, with those still yet to be revealed.

When he isn’t writing for Nintendo Wire, Ricky’s anticipating the next Kirby, Fire Emblem, or if the stars ever align, Mother 3 to be released. Till then he’ll have the warm comfort of Super Smash Bros. to keep him going.
