With the end nearly in sight, I’m sad to say that time-bending RPG Cris Tales has been officially delayed into 2021. While release date shifts have been fairly common throughout 2020 this has been one to keep an eye on, and will (perhaps fittingly) require a little more time to be the best game it can be. An updated trailer was shared, along with a message from Modus Games.

In it, the challenges of developing a game with multiple, distinct timelines is mentioned as is the recent feedback from the game’s demo version. An AMA will be held on Reddit Friday October 16th at 12 p.m. PT, followed by another on Discord. Anyone curious about the games or wanting to wish the team well can look forward to those, and look forward to playing Cris Tales in early 2021.
