We’ve been bringing you updates on Grayfax Software’s alternate universe RPG Orangeblood since late last year, and now it finally has a release date for the Nintendo Switch – October 1st, 2020.

The game takes place in an alternate version of the ’90s, where the historical timeline has diverged from our own. Its heroines take part in turn-based gun combat against evil gangs and robots across the man-made island of New Koza, and you can check out the action in the new trailer below:

You’ll be able to grab Orangeblood digitally on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, for $19.99 / €19.99 starting October 1st, while the game has been available via PC since January.

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
