Last night saw fans come together to revisit a game that has made more of an impact in five years than some will ever even dream of. Undertale, more specifically its music, has a way of getting stuck in your head. If you’re ever in the mood to revisit those songs and experiences, you can embrace those feelings in full via this 5th Anniversary concert event.
Filmed in May of 2019, arranged and performed by Music Engine, and presented by 8-4 and Fangamer; it features nearly the entirety of Undertale’s soundtrack performed with a live orchestra. Though it’s an entire hall of people the melodies still evoke a certain intimacy, before weaving through more dramatic and heavy back to playfulness and simplicity.
Whether you’ve played the game again and again or just want to know what the fuss is about, now you can listen to your heart’s content.
