Super Mario 3D All-Stars is coming in faster than Koopa the Quick. Anyone jumping into Super Mario 64 might notice a few differences, as all footage seems to point to this being the Shindou Pack version of the game.

This includes a change in lines from “So long, King Bowser!” to a simple “Buh-Bye!” when you toss the turtle. That isn’t the only change we’re expecting (rest in peace, Backwards Long Jump), but it might be one of the more “Wait, what?” moments if you spot the change.

Of course, if blocky Bowser doesn’t phase you, how about Dire Dire Docks’ eel? Whether you know it as Unagi or Maw-ray, this toothy grin definitely left an impression on unsuspecting players of the past.

Look forward to revisiting these memories and making some new ones when Super Mario 3D All-Stars arrives on September 18th.
