Hamster’s Arcade Archives roll-out never seems to slow down – just today we saw the 1990 Konami shoot ’em up Lightning Fighters get ported to Switch – and the studio’s only going to keep on bringing classic coin-ops to the modern era.

In a recent stream, Hamster confirmed four more arcade games that are in the works for Switch. These include:

  • Super Cobra – Konami, 1981
  • Contra – Konami, 1987
  • Super Dodge Ball – Technos Japan, 1987
  • Gradius II (aka Vulcan Venture outside of Japan) – Konami, 1988

Release dates have yet to be confirmed but you can expect them to crop up over the coming weeks and months.

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
