For the mythology and history-loving action-RPG fans out there, you’re going to want to give this one a look — Raji: An Ancient Epic was revealed today during Nintendo’s Indie World presentation, showcasing a lush, vibrant game based deeply on Hindu and Balinese mythology.
From Indian Developer Nodding Head Games, the game follows the titular Raji as she’s tasked with defending the human realm against a demonic invasion and rescuing her younger brother from the demon lord Mahabalasura. With a richly inspired cultural setting and some beautiful art direction, it looks like it lives up to its subtitle.
You don’t have to wait to get your hands on it, either: Raji is coming to Switch later today! Keep an eye on the eShop for when it drops so you can get started with the legend right away.
