Tucked right up today’s Indie World’s sleeve was a game with a unique look and the premise to match it. Card Shark puts you in 18th century France and tasks you with mastering card tricks and deceptions to climb your way from dingy parlors all the way to the company of kings.
Developed by Nerial, who previously created Reigns, and brought to you by Devolver Digital, it’s not all shuffles and quaint conversation at these tables. If your fleecing is found out you could face the consequences, more often than not served via gunshot.
Gamble with your very life and status (and maybe even learn a thing or two about sleight of hand) when Card Shark comes to Nintendo Switch and PC in 2021.
