Rhythm games aren’t the most frequent to come along, so NISA’s got my number when it comes to the upcoming Mad Rat Dead. Featuring a cartoony art style and a hybrid of action-platforming and rhythm gameplay, it’s looking unique on both those fronts in its latest trailer.
Getting through its stages is all about working in time with the music, and thanks to some divine intervention it’ll also be possible to rewind any mistakes you might make and keep the beat going.
Tap those toes and be ready for Mad Rat Dead, coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on October 30th.
