The free update, which is already available on Steam, adds the brand-new biome ‘Derelict Distillery’ to the game, serving as an alternative path to High Peak Castle. New weapons also join the fray, more specifically a shock inflicting Tesla Coil and an explosive barrel launcher that would make Donkey Kong himself green with envy.
Perhaps best of all, the entire game’s been given the chiptune treatment, allowing players to slash ‘n dash their way through retro renditions of Dead Cell’s seductive soundtrack.
