Things have been quiet on the Dragon Ball FighterZ front, as we find ourselves in the middle of its third season. Bandai Namco is about to change that though, with plans on the game’s future and new reveals planned for this Sunday in what they’re calling a Dragon Ball FighterZ Show.

By the look of things, the main focus of the Twitch broadcast will be on the game’s 2020 Competition Roadmap. With large scale, in-person tournaments having been halted due to COVID-19 this should be good news for all following the game’s esports scene.

It’s been confirmed though, that an “exclusive trailer” will be dropping during this. While it could just be a showcase of what’s to come in the next content update, it’s likely that by the end of this we’ll know at least one newcomer in the game’s roster.

You can find out on the next episode of Dragon Ball FighterZ Show, happening this Sunday, August 16th, at 11 a.m. PT.
