Set a fire in your heart, Spartan! Bear your… polygons? It seems like de-make videos are growing in popularity and becoming higher-quality with every passing day. Last week, our very own Tom Brown released an Original GameBoy de-make of Super Mario 64 that’s about as authentic as you can get! Now, a YouTuber by the name of Hoolopee has released a de-make that recreates some of last month’s Halo Infinite gameplay reveal as though it were a level from a Nintendo 64 game.

This Halo de-make is jam packed with ‘90s-era Nintendo nostalgia, easter eggs and sound effects. He even went so far as to recreate the original Halo theme as though it were made for the classic hardware’s chipset.

Cross-pollinating de-make videos like Hoolopee’s work in creating a Halo for N64 make this writer wish for actual Halo representation on Nintendo hardware — even if it’s just a small something. Master Chief for Smash, anyone?

You can check out the full de-make below!
